Walmart visit brings burglary charge

HALFMOON — A Cohoes woman already banned from the Halfmoon Walmart now faces a burglary charge after stealing $187 in merchandise on Monday, State Police said Wednesday.

Cheri L. Shepard, 51, was arraigned and sent to Saratoga County jail on $1,000 bail pending her next court date, troopers said.
