Nighthawks restaurant in Troy will host a dinner featuring five food courses paired with Italian wines from the importer Soilair Selection, scheduled for 6 and 7:30 p.m. seatings on Wednesday, March 6. The menu from head chef Josh Coletto includes braised red cabbage with hazelnuts and blue cheese, linguine di mare, butternut squash with beef-heart bottarga, leg of lamb and dessert. Meatless option also available.
