Original Film! Oscar nominee Chiwetel Ejiofor (“12 Years a Slave”) makes his feature-length directorial debut with this film adapted from the book by William Kamkwamba and Bryan Mealer, and in which Ejiofor stars. It tells Kamkwamba’s true story of how, as a 13-year-old boy in Malawi, he finds an unconventional way to save his family and village from famine.
