Warning issued for criminal activity

State Police in Clifton Park are asking the public to be on the lookout for criminal activity in the area south of Crescent Road near Exit 8 of the Northway.

Residents reported a series of vehicle larcenies and a burglary to a home, troopers said. There was no forced entry observed and they appear to be crimes of opportunity.

State Police urge residents to take extra care in locking their homes and vehicles.
