The CDPHP Cycle! bike-share program is open for the season again on Friday at Washington Park in Albany. The bicycles are available for rent at dozens of hubs in Albany, Schenectady, Troy and Saratoga Springs. Details on how to use them can be found at cdphpcycle.com.
