Saratoga racing season never gets old. Monday marks the end of the 150th season, and for me, the countdown immediately begins for 2020. Watching trainer Chad Brown continue his dominance of the sport and watching trainer Shug Mcgaughey win his fourth Travers were both highlights. And starting the meet on July 11 was a great move by NYRA, because nobody supports the sport like Saratoga and the Capital Region. Rodger Wyland is the sports director for Newschannel 13.
