A family tradition
Judge Peter G. Crummey, center, Colonie senior town justice and court administrator, was on hand for this year’s Albany Law School 1L swearing-in ceremony. His daughter, Cathryn, is a member of the 1L class. At the reception, Judge Crummey (class of ‘81) was pictured with Cathryn, on the right, and daughter Carol (class of ‘13). The judge’s grandfather, Edward J. Crummey of Albany graduated from Albany Law School in 1910. The judge currently serves on Albany Law School’s board of trustees and is president-elect of the Law School’s National Alumni Association.
