Navigate through the six acres of towering corn stalk s at night, find clues connected to Fort Ticonderoga’s story as you make your way through the maze in a blanket of darkness. An astronomy lesson and dark sky observing program includes a one-hour talk on “Finding your way around the night sky,” followed by a star party. Held monthly on a Friday night through November.

Star Parties at landis Arboretum, 174 Lape Road, Esperance. 8 p.m. Free, but donations accepted. View the stars and planets with members of the Albany Area Amateur Astronomers. Telescopes will be set up for viewing the heavens, revealing nebulae, star clusters, galaxies, double stars, planets and other celestial objects. Also 8 p.m. Saturday.
