Something fishy on Troy building
Elizabeth Reiss, at podium, CEO of the Arts Center of the Capital Region, Troy Mayor Patrick Madden, center, and artist Chip Fasciana take part in a ribbon-cutting event to unveil Fasciana’s mural painted on a building along Middleburgh Street on Tuesday in Troy. The mural, partially painted by community members, is part of the city ’s Master Plan for Public Art program. Program partners include the Arts Center of the Capital Region, TAP Inc., and the Troy Redevelopment Foundation. Elizabeth Reiss, CEO of the Arts Center of the Capital Region, said that the next major project will take place along Franklin Alley between Broadway and River Street.
