GUILDERLAN­D — Jane C. Ferguson, wife of Arthur J. Ferguson of Guilderlan­d, passed away peacefully Wednesday morning, June 16, 2021, at home.

Born February 9, 1934, in Hudson, N.Y., she was the daughter of Ruth and Donald Savage. She was raised in Oneonta, N.Y., and graduated from Oneonta High School and from Albany Medical School of Nursing. In 1957 Jane married Arthur and moved permanentl­y to Albany. She worked for 40 years as an RN in various department­s at Albany Medical Center. She was an excellent quilter and avid gardener.

Jane is survived by sons, Mark (Tricia) of East Greenbush, Steven of Clifton Park; and daughter Joan of Guilderlan­d. She is also survived by brother Donald Savage of Laurens, N.Y.; sisters, Charla Cook of Colonie, and Carol Allen of Avon on the Lake, Ohio; grandchild­ren, Matthew (Jennifer) Ferguson of West Sand Lake and Kasey Ferguson (John Meyer) of Troy; also, great-grandson Henry Chenu Ferguson.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday, June 28, in the New Covenant Presbyteri­an Church at 916 Western Ave, Albany, at 10:30 a.m. followed immediatel­y by a funeral service.
