Getting a shower in before Tulip Fest
Rain falls on both tulips and pedestrians Wednesday along Albany’s Madison Avenue. Thursday’s forecast calls for clouds to give way to bright sunshine with a high near 70 degrees. Friday is expected to be cloudy but dry, with the high again reaching 70. Lows both nights will be in the upper 40s. Sun is in the forecast for this weekend’s Albany Tulip Festival.
