Funk, Clarke taking part in Charity Skins Game

Golfers Fred Funk and Darren Clarke will join the previously announced David Duval and Blaine Mccalliste­r at the inaugural Charity Skins Game on Aug. 16 at Mohawk Golf

Club.

Funk is an eight-time winner on the PGA Tour and has prevailed nine times on the PGA Tour Champions circuit. Clarke has won 21 events worldwide, including the British Open in 2011, and has played in the Ryder Cup in 1997, 1999, 2002, 2004, 2006 and was captain in 2016.

The event benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Schenectad­y.
