WATERFORD — Mary E. Hilstro-chevrette, age 58, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, in East Greenbush. Marybeth took her last breath with her mom and sister Cindi by her side. God bless and keep her until we meet again.

Mary resided in Rensselaer and New Hampshire. Marybeth was a graduate of Averill Park High School and worked for Zero Fax, New Hampshire Court System and N.Y.S. AAA in Menands. Marybeth, as she was known, loved nature and animals, especially horses. She loved going to the Riding Hy Dude Ranch with her granddaugh­ter Saora, mom, or her three daughters. She was a Brownie leader for many years. Mostly enjoyed her big family and trips to Hampton Beach and Cape Cod, always having a great time. Beth was a loving person and put everyone before herself. She was an angel on earth and now an angel in heaven.

Marybeth was the daughter of Helen Welsh Ditullio (the late Fernando Ditullio) and the late Adrian E. Hilstro; beloved mother of Melissa Gladding (Nick), Molly Brewer (Greg) and Helen Brewer (Andrew). Sister of Helen Perrin, Gene Hilstro (Tammy), Cindi Hilstro, Christophe­r Hilstro (Danielle), Brandy Martel, Desiree Blanck, Paul Blanck, and the late Dale Blanck (Sheri); and loving grandmothe­r of Saora and Teagan, whom she adored and doted on. She is also survived by her ex-husband and friend, Paul Brewer, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces. She was predecease­d by her husbands, Christophe­r Gladding and Paul Chevrette.

The family would like to thank everyone for prayers and condolence­s; Dr. Rahul Ravilla at NYOH Cancer Center, who gave her hope and complete care, Dr. Svetlana Avulova at VNA Health Care of Albany, and the Community Hospice, especially Grace Sweet, RN.

The funeral will be in the W .J. Lyons, Jr. Funeral Home, 1700 Washington Avenue, Rensselaer, on Saturday,
