Berry Green Smoothie Bowls

Serves 2

1 very ripe banana

2 cups mixed frozen berriens

1⁄2 cup unsweetene­d plain yogurt 2 cups tender greens (spinach or kale)

1 ⁄2 cup water or milk Toppings: fresh berries, unsweetene­d almond butter, raw pumpkin seeds, ground flax, unsweetene­d coconut flakes

In a large blender, layer in the banana, berries, yogurt and greens. Turn on high and process until very smooth. Pour out

Can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerat­or, in covered jars, for two days.
