CAMDEN, Maine — Mary Ann (Deconno) Elligott passed away peacefully on May 17, 2022, in Camden, Maine.

She was born on April 17, 1937, in Green Island to Michael Deconno and Philomena Valetta Deconno. Mary Ann attended St. Joseph’s School in Green Island ph’s School in Green Island and was a graduate of Catholic Central High School in Troy. She attended Mildred Elley School and worked in several positions at Hudson Valley Community College, retiring as the executive secretary to the vice president in 1992.

Mary Ann is survived by her husband of 66 years, Ronald; her sons, Ronald Elligott Jr. (Andrea Valenti) of Saint Augustine, Fla., and Michael (Jean) Elligott of Holbrook, Mass.; her daughter, Susan (Dave) Morrison of Camden, Maine; her grandchild­ren, Bret Elligott (Erica Behuniak) of Watervliet, and Kelli Elligott (Jon Marcantoni­o) of Providence, R.I.; and her greatgrand­children, Ava and Gavin Elligott of Watervliet.

The family wishes to thank Judy Lydon and her team at Camden Area District Nursing and the Maine Health Care at Home Hospice team who were all of whom were invaluable.

A memorial Mass will be held on June 10, at 10 a.m. in St. Jude Church in Wynantskil­l, followed by the burial at 12:30 p.m. in the Saratoga National Cemetery.
