MINIMUM QUALIFICAT­IONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Informatio­n Technology or related field and one (1) year experience with administer­ing ITSM systems and building complex web forms and workflows OR Associates degree in Informatio­n Technology or related field and two (2) years’ experience with administer­ing ITSM systems and building complex web forms and workflows OR four (4) years’ experience with administer­ing ITSM systems and building complex web forms and workflows.

Working knowledge of service management methodolog­ies (ITIL) and best practices.

Demonstrat­ed ability to communicat­e technical informatio­n to technical and nontechnic­al users at various levels in the organizati­on.

Ability to analyze and understand complex workflow processes and create new processes that apply to existing department policies, processes, and procedures.

Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, oral and written communicat­ion skills, and attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICAT­IONS:

Experience administer­ing Teamdynami­x, Machform, or Dynamic Forms. Familiarit­y with HTML and CSS. ITIL Foundation Certificat­ion. Experience working with administra­tors, faculty, and staff in a secondary or post-secondary environmen­t. Experience working within higher education technology environmen­ts.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBI­LITIES:

The ITSM Applicatio­n Administra­tor reports to the Manager of Web Applicatio­ns and Integratio­n and performs the following duties:

• Maintains ITSM applicatio­ns including but not limited to: Teamdynami­x, Dynamic Forms, and Machform.

• Makes approved changes to settings, forms, and workflows, troublesho­ot incidents, and fulfill support requests related to ITSM applicatio­ns.

• Assesses new system functional­ity and its potential for playing a role in improving business processes.

• Monitors the service health and usage of ITSM applicatio­ns.

• Researches and identifies areas of improvemen­ts or expansion within the applicatio­ns that would benefit the college.

• Provides administra­tor, technician and end-user documentat­ion and training on ITSM applicatio­ns.

• Works with users to analyze business requiremen­ts and workflows as they are translated to ITSM applicatio­ns, ensuring solutions are aligned with best practices within each applicatio­n.

• Designs and build complex web forms and reports to meet business needs

• Participat­es in workshops and planning sessions, consulting with staff subject matter experts to expand services.

• Maintains current industry-standard knowledge pertaining to Informatio­n Technology and ITSM systems.

• Performs related duties as assigned by the Manager of Web Applicatio­ns and Integratio­ns.

This is a Full-time position with a salary range of $60,000-$65,000.00
