Daniel T. Konstalid ,a senior financial officer with an extensive background in higher education, was named vice president for finance and administration and treasurer at Skidmore College.
He will begin his role June 15 and serve as the college’s senior officer in all financial and business matters.
He joins Skidmore from Gettysburg College, where he has been vice president for finance and administration and treasurer since 2006.
The Adirondack Economic Development Corp., a nonprofit economic development in Saranac Lake, announced Julia Chambers, an Adirondacks native, has joined the team as its projects and grants coordinator. The Shannon Mccarthy
Team will move to join exp Realty, a global online brokerage offering state-ofthe-art technology. Mccarthy’s team will get the resources of a brick-andmortar office from their headquarters in Saratoga Springs and Lake George, along with “the innovative, technology resources provided by a cloud brokerage.”
The 2023 Schenectady Business and Professional Women’s Club Scholarship Committee seeks applicants for two scholarships: The Catherine (Cay) H. Raycroft Award for women older than 25 returning to college and the Schenectady Business and Professional Women’s Club Scholarship, for high school girls entering a two- or four-year college, certificate or online program. Applicants must be women who live or work in Schenectady County.
