Councilor Meets With Citizens Fri.

Rio Rancho District 4 City Councilor Mark Scott will hold a citizen meeting as part of his “First Fridays With Mark” series from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday at Cafe Connection, 3751 Southern Blvd.

Scott said he welcomes questions and ideas from city residents. He may also be discussing a proposed water rate increase that the City Council will consider in the near future.
