2 members sought for library board

Santa Fe County is seeking two members for the Santa Fe Public Library Board, which is made up of five city residents and two county residents.

The board gives local officials advice on library services to the public; its members serve without compensation and meet monthly.

County members are appointed by the mayor on the recommendation of the County Commission and approval of City Council.

Anyone interested in being appointed must submit a letter of interest and résumé to Tina Salazar at tsalazar@santafecountynm.gov or 505-986-6319 by 5 p.m. May 10.
