EXHIBIT: A significant collection of images of public artwork created by New Mexico artists and photographers during the New Deal era (19331943), which includes the Great Depression. The exhibit represents Work Progress Administration art commissions realized in towns across New Mexico. Rare and famous photographs by Dorothea Lange are also represented.
