Council holds huge garden fair, sale

A huge assortment of plants — heirloom tomatoes; locally grown bedding plants, annuals, herbs and perennials; xeric plants; dahlias and daylilies; hanging baskets and container plants; African violets and houseplants — will be available at the Council of Albuquerque Garden Clubs’ Garden Fair & Plant Sale.

The fair and sale are scheduled for 1 to 6 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to noon April 25 at the Albuquerque Garden Center, 10120 Lomas NE. Admission and parking are free.
