Teen in fatal rollover ID’d

The driver of a truck involved in a fatal rollover Saturday morning in the South Valley has been identified as Devinia Gutierrez, 19.

Sheriff’s deputies said she was driving the truck at a high speed on Karrol near Gun Club when the truck flipped.

The truck rolled numerous times and struck fences and steel pylon poles, said Sgt. Aaron Williamson, spokesman for the Bernalillo County Sherrif’s Office.

Gutierrez was ejected. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
