Suspect says he defended sis

Albuquerque police arrested a man after they said he stabbed another man in the throat with a knife while yelling at him for touching his sister inappropriately.

Roy Garcia, 31, is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

Police say the incident happened about 10:30 Friday night on Central west of University.
