Jump into 2016 with a brisk dip

Kick off 2016 with the second annual New Year’s Day Polar Bear Plunge at the Jewish Community Center at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 1.

People of all ages are invited to plunge into the JCC’s outdoor pool (water temperature between 35 and 40 degrees).

Participation requires a minimum $25 donation. The plunge will benefit the JCC and the Albuquerque BioPark polar bears. Academy Plumbing is sponsoring the plunge. Free hot drinks and snacks provided.

The JCC is at 5520 Wyoming NE.
