EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The New York Giants have signed former New Mexico Lobo lineman Dillon Farrell as they turn their attention to offense.

Farrell played in eight games as a reserve offensive lineman with the 49ers in 2014. He was waived last Sept. 15 and signed eight days later to the Tennessee Titans’ practice squad, where he spent the remainder of the season.

Farrell reunites with new Giants offensive line coach Mike Solari, who held the same position with the 49ers when Farrell was there in 2014.

New York also signed fullback Will Johnson and offensive linemen Ryan Seymour.

COWBOYS: Defensive end Jack Crawford re-signed with the team after the best season of his four-year career. He had four sacks and seven tackles for loss while playing all 16 games.

JETS: A California woman sobbed Tuesday as she told a jury that she still suffers from injuries incurred when she was punched in the face outside a Manhattan nightclub four years ago by NFL wide receiver Brandon Marshall. Christin Myles, 28, said Marshall left her with still unhealed eye injuries, along with neck and back pain that still torment.

Attorney Harvey Steinberg, representing six-time Pro Bowler Marshall, told jurors in an opening statement that his client never punched Myles. He suggested the Manhattan federal court trial was a money grab.

BRONCOS: Tyler Polumbus, who helped his hometown Denver Broncos win Super Bowl 50 by subbing at both offensive tackle positions over the last half of last season, announced his retirement in a Facebook post Tuesday.

LIONS: Detroit signed running back Stevan Ridley, who played eight games for the New York Jets last season, starting one.
