Harvey Girls talk set for Sunday

You can learn about “Harvey Girls and the Santa Fe Railway: Myth, Legend and History” at a talk 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the Kiva theater at the E.E. Fogerlson Visitor Center at Pecos National Historical Park.

Lesley Poling-Kempes, author of “The Harvey Girls: Women Who Opened the West,” will give the talk, which is free, as is admission to the park.
