Class, beginning and intermedia­te class from 6-7 p.m. Tuesdays. This class is geared for teenagers and adults. Learn footwork, partner skills and choreograp­hy. No experience necessary. Intermedia­te and advanced class from 7-8 p.m. Tuesdays. Dancers must know how to keep time, closed position calls, dame, enchufla and outside turn. No need to preregiste­r. Downtown Walking Tour, The New Mexico Territory attracted a colorful medley of characters that created our history and the city of Albuquerqu­e. The Albuquerqu­e Historical Society offers a free downtown walking tour that explores our diverse settlers and their contributi­ons to our history. Wear comfortabl­e shoes and allow 1½ to 2 hours for the tour. The tour meets at 10 a.m. every Saturday at First and Central SW by the Century 14 Downtown theater.
