Toolkit course Customer Discovery Working

Group by Amy Lahti, WESST consultant and trainer, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on consecutiv­e Wednesdays, Sept. 28 and Oct. 5 at the WESST Enterprise Center, 609 Broadway NE. Participan­ts will learn about customer discovery, create interview questions, and then offer accountabi­lity and support as they interview people and collect data. The course is designed for entreprene­urs with a solid business idea who want to validate their business model or for existing business owners who want to re-engineer their business or marketing strategy to get more customers. Outside-ofclass work is required. Follow-up sessions will be available for people attending the course. The course fee is $75, which includes the two sessions and two follow-up meetings.
