Toolkit course Customer Discovery Working
Group by Amy Lahti, WESST consultant and trainer, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on consecutive Wednesdays, Sept. 28 and Oct. 5 at the WESST Enterprise Center, 609 Broadway NE. Participants will learn about customer discovery, create interview questions, and then offer accountability and support as they interview people and collect data. The course is designed for entrepreneurs with a solid business idea who want to validate their business model or for existing business owners who want to re-engineer their business or marketing strategy to get more customers. Outside-ofclass work is required. Follow-up sessions will be available for people attending the course. The course fee is $75, which includes the two sessions and two follow-up meetings.
