Clinton is nation’s ‘Stainless Steel Lady’

-

IT IS TROUBLESOME how the health issues of Secretary (Hillary) Clinton are handled by those in the news organizations.

No. 1: Everyone has at one time or another experienced a bacterial infection. If not, you are abnormal. Every bacterial infection we get makes our immune system stronger so let’s consider that Hillary is updating and improving her immune system.

No. 2: Secretary Clinton comes from good genes. Her mother lived to be 92 with a relativity normal quality of life. We all die, it’s how we progress to that point that makes the difference.

No. 3: Women live longer than men! I worked in health care all of my adult life. I am aware that statistically women, as a whole, do not receive the same health care as men receive. For example, if a women goes to the ER with chest pains she most likely will be thought to be a crock or lay around for hours before any treatment is established. Fewer tests will be used for diagnosis to have a personal treatment plan.

Secretary Clinton is a strong lady. She demonstrated this by remaining on the campaign trail from Friday, Sept. 9, until Sunday, Sept. 11, after having been diagnosed with pneumonia. She even stood in reverence for an hour and 30 some minutes during the 9/11 ceremony. Perhaps we should begin calling her our “Stainless Steel Lady.” Our British friends have already had Iron Lady, ours has been exposed to the blast furnaces longer and has become stronger. We are stronger together! PAT STOVER
