SF’s Homewise gets $3.1M grant

SANTA FE — Homewise, a nonprofit that helps Santa Fe residents become homeowners, has received a $3.1 million federal grant to support its lending products and development services.

The U.S. Department of Treasury awarded a total of $91.5 million in grants to 32 organizations for the development of affordable housing and community facilities in low-income communities.
