Abeyta, Eusebio C.

Eusebio C. Abeyta, age 90, born in Veguita, New Mexico, a resident of Albuquerque, died May 11, 2017 peacefully with his family by his side.

Eusebio was an active member of the Catholic Church and a veteran of World War II, Eusebio was greatly loved by his family and the community and will be greatly missed by all.

Mr. Abeyta is survived by his children, Cecilia Harrell and husband, Dave, Teri Dukeminier, Joe Abeyta, Mary A. Abeyta and Donald Brown, Dennis Abeyta, David Abeyta, Larry Abeyta and Sandra, Steven Abeyta and wife, Esther, Jon Abeyta and Robert; brothers, Ben Abeyta, Ines (Guerro) Abeyta, Marcelo Abeyta, Miguel Abeyta and wife, Ollie, Ray Abeyta and wife, Kathy, Abran Abeyta and wife, Sally, Tim Abeyta and Adelita; twenty-three grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren.

Mr. Abeyta was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes Abeyta and son, Paul Abeyta.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 17, 2017, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at San Jose Catholic Church, 2401 Broadway Blvd. S.E., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.; Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Abeyta, Dennis Abeyta, David Abeyta, Larry Abeyta, Steven Abeyta, and Joe L. Ragland III. Honorary pallbearers will be Jon Abeyta and Dave Harrell.
