McComas, Jack D.

Jack D. McComas, age 81, of Albuquerque, passed away July

25, 2017. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Helen M. McComas on May

28th, 2017; parents, Darrell and Beulah McComas; and his daughter, Donna Caristo. He is survived by a son, Jack McComas, Jr.; daughters, Debra McComas and Denise Mozingo; grandchildren, Darrell and Adam McComas, Kandy and Tammy Vallejos, Daniel Sturdivant; and nine great-grandchildren.

Jack was the owner of McComas Restaurant Equipment & Supplies, a business his father started in 1950. He was a long time member of New Mexico Ballut Abyad Shriners and was Potentate in 1992. He enjoyed the 49 cruises he took with his wife that took them all over the world. They worked together, traveled together, now he is joining her just days before her birthday and their anniversary. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends but Jack and Helen will be continuing their journey together.
