1936 - 2017 Services for Lynn Starr, age 80, of Ruidoso, New Mexico will be held on Saturday, September 16, 1917, 11:00 a. m. at the Ruidoso Downs Southern Baptist Church at 26363 Highway 70 East, Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico 88346. James Lynn Starr went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, September 7, 2017. He had been under hospice care at home and was surrounded by family as he passed away.
