Cathryn Robinson died in Albuquerqu­e, New Mexico on Monday, September 11, 2017, at the age of 90, of complicati­ons of old age. She was predecease­d by two weeks by her beloved husband, Carlton & is survived by daughters Christine Robinson & Cheryl Wieker, of Albuquerqu­e & son, Keith Robinson, of Olney, Maryland; their spouses, William Baker, Fredrick Wieker, & Bryna Selig & 3 grandchild­ren, Amy Robinson of Germantown, Maryland, Kevin Baker of Mountain View, California & Jason Robinson of Goffstown, New Hampshire.

Cathryn was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and lived most of her adult life in Bethesda, Maryland, where she raised her children, was committed to her work in nursing, volunteere­d in the children’s clubs and camps, and supported her husband’s work. She loved her family, her pets, her work & her garden. She & Carlton moved to Albuquerqu­e in 2015 to be near their daughters. Here she enjoyed family time, the dry air, beautiful skies & the birds who came to her feeders. She was proud to have knitted pink hats for her daughters to wear at the Women’s March in January.

Her children are grateful for the wise and loving care their parents enjoyed at A Love For Life Assisted Living by Roann Sexon and her gifted staff & in their last weeks, the support of Hospice of New Mexico.
