THE ECONOMICS OF HAPPINESS CONFERENCE will be held Thursday-Saturday at the New Mexico School for the Deaf, 1600 Cerrillos R.d in Santa Fe. The conference focus is on promoting our local and regional economy in an environmentally and culturally sensitive manner and is structured to minimize conflicts with attendees’ work schedules.
The schedule for the conference is from 6-9:30 p.m. on Thursday; 1-6 p.m. and 7-9:30 p.m. on Friday; and from 9 a.m.-12:15 p.m., 1:15- 5:45 p.m. and 7-9:30 p.m. on Saturday. Registration opportunities are offered for either all of the conference or individual sessions of the conference. Signed language interpreters will be available throughout the conference.
The Santa Fe Economics of Happiness Conference is part of a worldwide series of programs conducted under the auspices of Local Futures/International Society for Ecology, a California-based 501(c)(3) organization. The conference’s local sponsor is Reconnect-Today, www.reconnect-today.org.
