Celebrate the 12 days of Christmas with 12 days of drawings, hot seats, free play and point multipliers for slot and table game players. Sandia has the hottest ticket in town for slot and table game players, with $25,000 in cash drawings. The drawings will be held at 9 and 11 p.m., and 1 a.m. Five players will be selected in each drawing to win $1,000. Two players will be chosen at 1:30 a.m. to win $2,500 and one player will be selected at the same time to win $5,000. Swipe once at the promotions kiosk to be eligible. Additional entries will be earned automatically.
Poker players can get on the good boys and girls list during “Santa’s Deepstack,” beginning at noon Dec. 16. There is a $215 buy-in and a $20 entry fee. Santa also is adding $900 in cash. Receive 3,000 additional chips when you donate a new child’s coat. Now through Dec. 21, poker players can try their luck at “Santa’s Cash High Hand Bonus.” The promotion runs from 8 a.m. Sundays through 3:59 a.m. Thursdays. Twenty players will draw to win $50 to $300 each week.
Poker players who prefer late-night play will enjoy “Night Owls Ace’s Crack Bonus Points” through Dec. 31. The promotion will be held from midnight to 7:59 a.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. “Cracked Aces” win up to 50,000 Peak Rewards points. Early risers will delight in “Sunrise Peak Rewards Points,” now through Dec. 28. The promotion runs from 8 to 10 a.m. Mondays through Thursdays. Players earn 4,000 Peak Rewards points with a $50 buy-in on Texas Hold ’em or Omaha with two hours of live play.
Welcome 2018 with “New Year’s Countdown Hot Seat Drawings” from Dec. 28 to Jan. 1. Drawings will be held at 1:30, 3:30, 7:30, 9:30 and 11:30 p.m. Thursday through Sunday for your chance at a share of $15,000 in cash. A New Year’s Eve tournament begins at 6 p.m. Dec. 31. There is a $197 buy-in and a $20 entry fee. Sandia is adding $2,018 to the bounty.
Bingo players can get in on some holiday cash during Planet Bingo’s “Naughty to Nice” promotion on Saturdays, Dec. 9, 16, 23 and 30. There will be a $1,000 cash drawing. The buy-in is $15 and the game pays $1,500. Join in the holiday fun during the “Extra Jingle in Your Bells” promotion on Sundays, Dec. 10 and 17. During both sessions, the “Pick 8,” “Bonanza” and “Super Jackpot Specials” each pay a double consolation prize. Play “Santa’s Free Bingo” during the matinee session on Dec. 24 and the evening session on Dec. 25. Santa’s free pack pays $1,000. The bingo room will be closed the evening of Christmas Eve and early Christmas Day.
Dance your way into 2018 during “Club Copacabana” in Sandia’s Grand Ballroom on Dec. 31. The event will feature a Las Vegas tropical paradise setting with party favors, a DJ, dancing and a midnight balloon drop. Doors open at 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $30 per person and can be purchased at Sandia’s box office. The event is open to those ages 21 and older.
