ONCE AGAIN an article about a Rio Rancho athlete implies that Rio Rancho and Cleveland somehow have an unfair advantage because they (like many other schools in New Mexico) travel outside the state for competitions. There is no special Rio Rancho Rule. APS has decided that their schools cannot travel outside the state. That is their decision and it can be changed at any time. — DF
