WESST presents the nine-week series Power Tools for Your Business from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays at the WESST Enterprise Center, 609 Broadway NE. The nine-week series is designed as a “mini-MBA” and looks to introduce prospective and current small-business owners to the basics of running a small business. Course topics include business model canvas; customer discovery; break-even; T-accounts; cash flow analysis; introduction to marketing; building a brand; marketing in action; ask the experts; and goal setting.
