Moore, Fowles overwhelm Aces

Moore LAS VEGAS scored 23 — and Maya Sylvia Fowles added 20 to help the Minnesota Lynx beat the Las Vegas Aces 88-73 on Sunday.

The Aces’ A’ja Wilson was held to a season-low 10 points with a seasonlow nine attempts from the field. SUN 87, FEVER 78: In Indianapol­is, Rachel Banham scored 20 points and the Sun snapped a four-game losing streak with a win over the Fever.

Brionna Jones added 18 points and 10 rebounds for the Sun (8-5). Courtney Williams had 14 points and Chiney Ogwumike scored 13, each with nine rebounds. SPARKS 80, LIBERTY 54: In Los Angeles, Riquna Williams scored a season-high 25 points, hitting seven 3-pointers, to help the Sparks rout the Liberty.

76: In Arlington, Texas, Breanna Stewart had 28 points and 12 rebounds and powered a late run as the Storm beat the Wings.

The Wings took a 71-70 lead on Skylar DigginsSmi­th’s 3-pointer with 7:56 left in the game. The Storm (10-4) then held Dallas (6-6) scoreless over the next 5:28. SKY 97, MERCURY 88: In Chicago, Allie Quigley scored 20 points and hit a key basket late to help the Sky top the Mercury.

Courtney Vandersloo­t finished with 14 points and 12 assists for Chicago (4-9), which ended a sixgame slide.
