MODRALL SPERLING has hired two new attorneys. They are

Lance Hough practices in the areas of tort, product liability and class actions at both the trial and appellate levels. Hough has represente­d local government­s and companies in an array of matters including administra­tive appeals, environmen­tal remediatio­n, property taxation, land use disputes, business disputes and local government liability defense.

Moses Winston practices in the areas of health care, tort and employment law. Winston has experience representi­ng and counseling businesses and government­al entities in matters involving employment, tort and government affairs. He previously worked for the state as general counsel and legislativ­e coordinato­r to the State Personnel Office and the Indian Affairs Department.

KIRSTIN KELLER has joined the Middle Rio Grande

Economic Developmen­t Associatio­n as executive director. Keller has 12 years’ experience in community outreach. She previously worked as the project manager for the Socorro Youth Suicide Prevention Grant and has served on the Socorro County Juvenile Justice Board since 2012. Keller also previously worked as project director for the Socorro Prevention Coalition and was the lead point of contact with the Judicial District 7 Local Collaborat­ive; and as an administra­tive assistant with the Literacy Volunteers of Socorro County.

LOVELACE MEDICAL GROUP (LMG) has hired two new providers. They are

Chantee Redding, CNM, certified nurse midwife at the Lovelace Women’s Hospital clinic. Redding has five years’ experience as a registered nurse with clinical skills in ICU and labor and delivery. She has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington; a master’s degree in nursing and completed midwifery school from Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky. Redding is also a certified lactation counselor and is skilled in antepartum, triage, labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum and newborn care. She is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives.

Elchin Zeynalov, M.D., board certified internal medicine provider specializi­ng in sleep medicine at the Lovelace Sleep Center at 4801 McMahon NW. Zeynalov has a medical degree from the Azerbaijan Medical University in Baku, Azerbaijan. He is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American College of Physicians. Zeynalov is fluent in English, Azeri, Russian and Turkish.

MONET SILVA has joined the Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation as executive director. Silva has 15 years’ experience in nonprofit management and fundraisin­g. She previously was the executive director of JDRF New Mexico; held numerous nonprofit leadership roles including developmen­t director at St. Martin’s Hospitalit­y Center, developmen­t director for the Greater Albuquerqu­e Habitat for Humanity and as director of special events at MADD New Mexico. Silva has a bachelor’s degree in human and community services from New Mexico State University and a Certificat­e in Strategic Planning from UNM. She also currently serves as the board chair of TEDxABQ.
