>>> The Falcons set a school record with 107 plays at Utah State, besting the previous record of 98, which was reached last year against Nevada and in 2001 against Hawaii. The Falcons ran the ball 86 times at Utah State, the third-most in school history, in a 42-32 loss.

>>> Air Force has four coaches on the staff that have been at the Academy for 10 years or more. Head coach Troy Calhoun is in his 12th season, along with assistant coaches Ben Miller and Matt Weikert. Mike Thiessen is in his 11th season. The Falcons are tied for fourth in the nation with four coaches with 10-plus years.

>>> Jordan Jackson, a sophomore defensive lineman is fifth in the Mountain West Conference in tackles for loss with 9.5. Jackson has had at least one tackle for loss in six games this season. He has 39 tackles overall.
