WESST presents Power Tools For Your Business, A Working Group
For Entrepreneurs on Wednesdays Jan. 9 through March 6 at the WESST Enterprise Center, 609 Broadway NE. The nine-week series is designed as a “mini MBA” to introduce prospective and current small business owners to the basics of running a small business. Attendees are then coached to use their new knowledge to write a comprehensive, realistic business plan. Course topics include business model canvas; customer discovery; breakeven; T accounts; cash flow analysis; introduction to marketing; building a brand; marketing in action; ask the experts; and goal setting. THE ACTIONCOACH GrowthCLUB meets from 7:45 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Friday at the Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North Hotel, 5151 San Francisco Rd. NE. Participants can work alongside 100+ local business owners to set goals and complete a 90-day strategic plan that will make their businesses to new heights.
