DAVID O’FLYNN has been promoted by Strategic Management
Solutions, LLC (SMSI) to president of the company, effective Jan. 1, 2019. O’Flynn has been a member of the leadership team at SMSI since 2003 and has been highly instrumental in winning and managing contracts valued at over $500 million including the LANL M&O contract recently awarded to Triad National Security, LLC. He has over 30 years’ experience in the field. O’Flynn has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tulane University; and a master’s degree in marketing and finance from Virginia Tech.
