UNSATISFACTORY

Blunt Bros Coffee, 4400 Central Ave. SE (Dec. 24) Immediate Closure Observed no water to the facility at time of inspection. The person in charge (PIC) was using jugged water and was in business serving coffee to the public at time of inspection. Instructed the PIC to stop serving immediately and to close the facility. Instructed the PIC to contact CHPD as soon as the facilities water gets turned on. The PIC said by Wednesday, Dec. 26, the water will be turned on. The PIC will contact CHPD for the follow up inspection . Facility will need to be compliant before CHPD will allow the facility to reopen. Follow-Up Inspection Upgrade - Approved - 12/26/2018
