Project management director Jaynes Corp. Albuquerque How do you define “leadership”?

The definition of leadership to me is service. As a leader, you serve your customers, employees, family and community. I feel that maintaining a sense of service makes you a better leader.

As a leader, who are you inspired by?

I am inspired by the hard workers that have helped shape our state and country.

What do you consider to be the top accomplishment in the past 5 years in our state? Why?

I think our state has done a great job of attracting new industries and developing more economically stable jobs. Over the past five years, we have seen some very exciting companies decide to move to New Mexico, which has a direct impact on the availability of highpaying, stable jobs.
