I am inspired by individuals who have a vision and are able to work through the many daily distractions to achieve that vision, such as John Rockefeller and Warren Buffet.

What do you consider to be the top issue or concern facing New Mexico today? Why?

New Mexico must continue to focus on the growth of private sector jobs. To achieve this, our state needs educational programs that not only encourage college degrees, but also technical education and certificate programs.

What has inspired you or been the highlight of your Leadership New Mexico experience so far?

Leadership New Mexico has provided the opportunity to exchange ideas and share best practices with other business leaders participating in the program.
