Isleta Resort & Casino taking wagers on all professional, college sports
Put your wagers down on your favorite sporting events at Isleta Resort & Casino.
Its new sportsbook is now open. Guests can place their wagers on all professional and college sports as well as receive help from Isleta’s sportsbook team. For every $20 patrons spend they will earn a chance to win a trip for two to the Super Bowl in February.
Isleta also recently opened its food court, which features Fat Burger, Panda Express and Chile Ristra. Fat Burger offers made-to-order burgers, fries and tasty shakes. Panda Express offers a variety of Chinese cuisine, and Chile Ristra has a number of New Mexican food selections.
There are plenty of fun promotions on the gambling floor. Be part of “Rudolph Rockin’ Renovations” every Saturday and Sunday through Dec. 22 for a chance to win up to $1,000 cash and qualify for an opportunity to win a home remodeling. Drawings will be held every hour. Patrons can receive one free entry daily and can earn additional entries with every 25 points accrued playing their preferred slots, table games, poker and bingo. Guests are also eligible to swipe at the kiosk on Tuesdays for a chance to win up to 1,000 additional tickets.
Isleta is giving away gift cards during its “Gift Card Extravaganza” every Friday through Dec. 20. Hot seat drawings will be held every half-hour from noon to 9:30 p.m. for a chance to win gift cards worth up to $500.
Patrons can win up to $500 in cash every 15 minutes from 1 to 10 p.m. on Thursdays in November. Eagle Rewards Club members must swipe their cards at the kiosk to be eligible.
Play your favorite slot machine, table game, poker or bingo at Isleta to earn something sweet. Players can walk away with a pumpkin pie during the “Points for Pies” promotion on Nov. 25-27, when they earn 200 points playing their preferred games at Isleta.
Be part of the “Craps Progressive” through Dec. 31. Craps players will have a chance to win the progressive jackpot at the craps table if they roll three 11s in a row.
Head to the poker room for a chance to win $25 in chips for winning the most hands in an hour during the “Black Chip Giveaway.” Poker players can win $50 in chips during “Poker Hot Seats.” The hot seat drawings will happen every hour from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. each Thursday in November.
It is “Football Fundays” on Sundays and Mondays in the poker room through Feb. 2. There will be featured games on Sunday and Monday nights during the regular NFL season, playoff games and Super Bowl Sunday. There will be $25 added for every touchdown to the next hand of each poker table player. For every field goal, $10 will be added to the next hand of each player at the poker table.
Enjoy the “Winning Hand Wheel Spin With Cracked Aces” promotion in the poker room. A drawing will be held for one table number for the “Spin and Win.” The winner of the hand will get a chance to spin the wheel for up to $100 in chips or a T-shirt.
Let Isleta handle the cooking this Thanksgiving. Take the elevator to Embers Steakhouse for a three-course tasting menu on Nov. 28. Guests will get their choice of roasted pumpkin soup or poached pears to start. The appetizer will be followed by roasted marinated turkey breast and ballotine of turkey leg served with seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes, house cranberry relish and turkey gravy. The meal will end with a pumpkin cheesecake with cinnamon chantilly cream.
Get ready for some big laughs and get ready to do the twist when comedian and actor Ken Jeong and singer Chubby Checker perform at The Showroom this month. Jeong is known for his breakout role in the movie “The Hangover” as well as his roles on the hit television shows “Community” and “Dr. Ken”, as well as his show the “Masked Singer,” returns to Isleta with his hilarious stand-up comedy show at 8 p.m. Nov. 15. Tickets start at $35, plus fees. Checker will have you twisting again during his show at 3 p.m. Nov. 24. Tickets are $25. Next month, rock out to the sounds of the Goo Goo Dolls at 7 p.m. on Dec. 2. Tickets start at $25, plus fees. Get into the holiday spirit during the Holiday & Hits show, featuring Phil Vassar and Lonestar, at 8 p.m. Dec. 13. Tickets start at $25, plus fees. Rock band ZZ Top is celebrating 50 years of music with an anniversary tour. The tour makes a stop at The Showroom at 8 p.m. Dec. 29. Tickets start at $75, plus fees.
