Yet another UNM Lobo coach financial debacle

HERE WE GO again with the financial debacle of terminating yet another Lobo football coach! When will the university realize that no matter who is hired as head coach, the program will never aspire to the lofty heights of success the university has dancing in its collective head?

With that reality in mind, (university officials) should never construct a contract where there needs to be some sort of buyout when the failed efforts of the aspiring miracle worker yet again fail. This hiring/firing mentality borders on insanity as noted in this famous quote: “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.”
