Healthy lifestyle can help a body fight off disease

- DON SCHRADER Albuquerque

FOR 44 years I have studied natural health — hundreds of articles, books, documentaries, speakers, conversations and my own experiences. As a 74-yearold activist, I collect health wisdom to live it and share it.

Stop the bad stuff: anything containing processed sugar, white flour, processed vegetable oil and chemical additives. Check the labels. Sugar causes or worsens 60-plus diseases. We will all die, but I am devoted everyday to live healthy until I die — why suffer?

Preventing disease is always better than treating disease. Sadly many people take far better care of their car, house and pets than their own body. The only material possession we each have from birth to death is our body. No other material possession can give us more misery or more pleasure . ...
