Unsatisfactory
Observed that the facility did not have adequate floor markers to encourage social distancing between customers at the time of inspection. Reviewed the CSP’s with the person in charge (PIC) and instructed that markers should be placed at the cashier area. Only five customers can wait for their meals at a time. Violation was corrected on-site by the PIC placing floor markings along with social distancing. Observed at the time of inspection facility was doing indoor dinning near the bar area and not following the public health order at the time of inspection. Instructed the PIC to have all customers out by 4 p.m.. The PIC must follow PHO to prevent closing and a fine. The PIC stated that they will have all customers out by 4 pm. PIC also stated that the will only do to go orders.

Observed employees without masks or wearing masks improperly at the time of inspection. Addressed with the
PIC and corrected the violation on-site. Masks must be worn properly at all times unless eating or drinking. Observed that the facility did not have signs posted requiring customers to wear masks prior to entering at the time of inspection. Reviewed the CSP’s with the PIC and provided signage to be placed at each entrance. The violation was corrected on-site. Observed that the facility was not following the public health order of no indoor dinning at the time of inspection. Instructed the PIC to have their indoor dining close by 3:30 p.m. and all citizens will need to be out of the facility. Reviewed the CSP’s with the PIC. THe PIC has their tent up for outdoor dining. Facility was told to get on the cabq.gov website and fill out the temporary permit application so the facility can be approved for outdoor dining. The PIC must send CHPD a photo of the temp permit once it has been completed.
